Scartato imageScartato is one of Nigel Holloway's plays based on 'holes in history' - questions about particular people and events which are not answered by the existing historical record. These plays seek to fill these 'holes' with explanations which fit (most of the time!) with the known facts of the events in question. This was recorded on a dark night in January 2009, a million miles away from the golden weather of Jamaica.
