In December 2006 we held our second murder mystery night of the year to raise funds. This time the murder had already taken place and people gathered for the auction of the Von Munchen Relics. Hosted by Jan and Nigel, the 1920 theme started off well with one or two cocktails being fashionably drunk. The rest of the evening went with a suitable swing! |
| As guest arrived each got their full character notes. We were in exalted company: a lawyer, a priest, a cardinal not to mention some shady heavies and a drug dealing exotic from South America. Inspector Slack of the Yard, however, was on the case of who had murdered the Baroness Von Munchen. We had a fantastic night with wonderful food coupled with copious amounts of drink, and the dastardly murderess was soon identified (by 5 people!) and was put bang to rights. All in all, a great night and a wonderful effort from all those there who gave money. Until the next one... |
